These Terms govern your use of the LivRight app. By using LivRight, you agree to these Terms. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use LivRight.

What LivRight Does

  • Photograph meals, menus, or products for AI-generated wellness ratings and nutritional estimates.
  • Track your daily Vitality Score — an approximate wellness indicator, not a medical measurement.
  • Log biomarker readings (cholesterol, HbA1c, etc.) — stored as-is, not interpreted.
  • Optional Apple Health integration for steps, calories, and weight.

Subscriptions

  • Free tier includes a limited number of scans and core features.
  • Premium unlocks 500 scans/month, weekly reports, extended trends, and all achievements.
  • New subscribers may get a 7-day free trial. Cancel before it ends to avoid charges.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
  • All billing is through the Apple App Store. We don't handle payment info directly.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple per their App Store refund policies.

Acceptable Use

  • Don't reverse engineer, scrape, or use bots to access the service.
  • Don't circumvent scan limits or rate limits.
  • Don't share your account or upload illegal/harmful content.
  • Don't misrepresent AI results as certified nutritional or medical analysis.

Your Content

  • You own everything you upload (photos, notes, biomarker data).
  • You grant us a limited license to process and store your content solely to provide the service.
  • Your data is not used to train AI models. Photos are analyzed in real-time only.
  • Location metadata is stripped from photos before upload.
  • Deleting your account permanently removes all your data from our servers.

Health Disclaimers

  • LivRight is not medical advice. It provides nutrition and wellness education only.
  • AI estimates are approximate and may be inaccurate due to lighting, hidden ingredients, or portion size uncertainty.
  • The Biomarker Tracker stores your numbers — it does not interpret them or flag values as normal/abnormal.
  • Consult a healthcare professional before making significant dietary changes, especially with existing medical conditions.

Liability

  • The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
  • We are not liable for health outcomes from relying on AI-generated content.
  • Total liability is capped at the greater of what you paid us in the last 12 months or CAD $50.

Termination

  • You can delete your account anytime from Profile > Account > Delete Account. Deletion is permanent.
  • Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription — cancel separately in iOS Settings.
  • We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Changes

  • We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated through the app.
  • Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
  • Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Ontario courts.
